“And
when they had fulfilled all that was written of him…” Acts 13:29
What
does it mean to become? To become simply means to have a realization and having
the power to actualize the purpose of God for your life; it means to fulfil a
dream, it also means having the ability to realize and actualize the God given
role for your life and destiny.
How
can you get the purpose of God for your life in order for you to become what
God has ordained you to be?
1. PRAYER:
You must pray. Without prayer, you will be unable to know the mind
of God concerning you. You have to talk to God. In Luke 1:4, Jesus had to go to
the wilderness to pray and talk to God concerning the reason God brought Him to
this world. In the place of prayer, He got the purpose. He also got the
instruction on how to manifest and bring the purpose of God concerning His life
to pass.
2. READ:
You must read about yourself. In Luke 4:1, while Jesus was in the
wilderness, He was reading about Himself. Information will lead to
actualization. Without information, you are like a man beating about the bush. You
must have the understanding about you. Who are you? The formation; the
personality traits.
PRAYER/CONFESSION:
In the name
of Jesus, I receive the spirit of revelation and the grace to pray. Oh Lord,
revive my prayer life.
