(Psalm 76:1)
Let us start today by defining two key words in the above scripture. To 'know' means to have understanding of a thing or to have a personal relationship with
a person; or have an experience with, while 'Judah' means Praise Yahweh. He is
God.
In other words, a rephrase of the scripture above is: In praise is God
Known or God is known in praise.
When
you praise God, you are appreciating Him for who He is. When you praise God, you attract His
attention. Praises release your Harvest and the fatness of the earth to you. It
brings down God’s presence. Praise brings the favour of God to you. It opens
Prison doors.
Look at Paul and Silas in the Bible, even in the prison, they
still offered praise and the prison gates were opened for them. We must learn to praise God at all time no
matter what we are going through and no matter the Challenges we encounter on a
daily basis.
Stop
complaining, start praising God for the miracle you have not seen. Put on your
dancing shoes. It is your season of celebration. Give God quality praise and He
will confirm His word in your life.
Prayer/Confession:
I will continually dwell in His tabernacle of praise.
