And the LORD turned the captivity of
Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he
had before. (Job 42:10)
Job
had experienced great losses including his all his children in less than a year
but when God turned his captivity, he received double of all he lost; his
sheep, carmel, even his children were
double because the bible says that Job saw his son’s son to the fourth
generation. That was a miracle. Job was 70 years old when he lost everything,
if we relate what happened to Job to some people, that would be the end of
their life.
However
God through him brought ten children into the world. His daughters were the
most beautiful, If God could do that for Job he can do it for you. He would
turn your captivity, he will turn the wheel of your life and the devil will not
be able to manipulate your life anymore. In John 9, Jesus met a man that was
blind and Jesus spat on the clay, molded it and used same to rob his eyes and
he said to him go and wash in that river which he did and came back seeing. The
question is how did it happen? This is called God’s intervention.
In another circumstance in John 11, Lazarus
had been dead for 4 days but when Jesus came, He said, “roll away the stone”
but the people replied that he would be stinking but Jesus in response to them
said, “if you can believe you will see
the glory of God”. Jesus does not take permission before he comes to meet you
or step into your destiny, your business, your marriage, all you need do is for
to just believe in Him and he will intervene, Jesus has the key to your
problem.
Prayer/Confession: Lord I believe in you and that you are
the only person that can intervene in my situation, o Lord I receive the double
portion in my situation, in my business, job, marriage, health and life.
