Instructions
from God are always very clear, direct and unwavering. God makes it so clear
that you are either disobeying or obeying His instructions. There is no middle
ground, it is either you are in the will of God or you are out of the will of
God.
Matthew 6:24
says “No
man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other…” Can any man
say he is out of a building when he yet stays inside the building? God is
giving clear direction and instructions to every one of us today, but the truth
is we sometimes chose to ignore the words of God and act like He never said a
word. God is telling you today; stop that habit, seek His face more often and
stop the hypocrisy. Hearken to the voice of God.
God said to
Abraham “…Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy
father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee…” If you want your
name to be recorded as great, then you must act as Abraham did when God gave
him this instruction.
The
commission to Abraham then is the same to you today; ‘Leave all behind or Lose it all’ Abraham ran out of his past and
entered his future. Like Abraham, leave and forget about
the disappointments and failures of your past and press forward in obedience to
the instructions of God. You will arrive at your promise.
