As previously stated, by virtue
of the fact that you are born again, you are automatically given the spirit of
righteousness. You must accept the fact that you are a Righteous being. It is
your new nature. You do not do anything to be righteous. You only accept His
righteousness.
Inasmuch as you have the spirit
of righteousness, you must do righteously. You must live a righteous life.
Righteousness is also an act. How do you act in your environment? Do you still
tell lies, steal, bear false witness, kill, etc?
As a righteous being, you must
understand that there is a lifestyle acceptable to God which you must show.
There are things you cannot afford to do. You must not live your life as an
unbeliever. Your life must be like Christ's. You must do righteously you must
practice righteousness wherever you find yourself. Be it your office, place of
business, environment, wherever. Live according to your nature.
