“Then when lust hath conceived,
it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.”
(James 1:15)
One of the worst things you can
do to your life is to underestimate the power and influence of your thoughts.
Your thought will either help you to heaven or take you effortlessly to hell.
The ability to think is one special grace God has given to man and the use of
his thought depends on him. King Solomon's teaches: “You are the product of
your thoughts” (Prov. 23:7).
The word 'thinketh' is translated from the Hebrew
word “Gate Keeper”. So it means that your thought keeps the gate to your soul
and spirit and it permits only those signals you relay to it to yield fruits in
your life. Whatever a man conceives in his heart, he brings forth in his
actions.
God rejected Cain's offering because there was something wrong in his
heart and that thing began as a thought – an evil signal. As a child of God,
from today, have a right heart; fill your heart with the right thought in order
to overcome your circumstance. Every sin begins as a thought.
