“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
What then is the acceptable year of the Lord? It is the year of Jubilee
Leviticus 25 verse 5 the Bible says “...for it is a year of rest unto the land.” Rest is your portion this year in the name of Jesus. Where others go and struggle, you will find rest. You are in your Rehoboth; God has made room enough for you.
In Leviticus 25 verse 13 the Bible says “...ye shall return every man unto his possession.” You will possess your portion in this year 2016.
In verse 14 it says this year is a year of buying and selling. It means this is a good year for business for you.
People may be speaking defeat in their business but God will give you wisdom to invest wisely. In the name of Jesus when others are failing you will succeed. The Bible says in Job 22 verse 29 “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up...” your testimony will be different this month.
The first part of Leviticus 25 verse 19 says “And the land shall yield her fruit and ye shall eat your fill...” You will live in abundance. Where you have experienced barrenness in the past, you will be fruitful this year. If you can believe it, you will receive it.
The second part of Leviticus 25 verse 19 says “...and dwell therein in safety.” This is a year of protection for you. There is a supernatural wall with ministering angels. The fire of God is around you as you move around.
From verse 25 to 55 of Leviticus 25, God says everything you lost; you will recover in this year. What you lost in marriage, business, health and physical body you will claim it back.
David said in Psalm 37 verse 25 “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” There is a portion of bread for your life, God will put food on your table no matter what the economy says.
David also said in Psalm 142 verse 5 “...Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.” You will not be counted among the dead; you will be counted among the living. Whosoever planned your death will take it upon themselves. For your portion is among the living.
God has prepared your portion and He gave it to you; claim it because you can have it.
Prayer/Confession: Lord I thank you for giving me my portion, I will live in my portion this year in Jesus mighty name.
